Ingredients:
one box of frozen skewers of roasted sheep (those
of Arcobaleno) slices of home-made bread, oil, garlic,
aromatic herb and salt. The cook the skewers of roasted sheep
still frozen (with the "Rossa Grigliatutto"
is needed about ten minutes) in the half of cooking to
toast the slices of bread, to pass on them the garlic (if
you like it) and cover them with aromatic herb cut finely
seasoned with oil and salt.
To serve it hot Cooking and preparation time
is about ten minutes.

Ingredients: one box of

Arcobaleno) three hundred grams of silvery and hard
cardoons, milk, hard and salty cottage cheese, salt, oil and
one clove of garlic. To half-cook the cardoons with hot oil
and garlic for few minute, then put them in a frying pan covering
them with milk and cook, them uncovered for about thirty-five
minutes; take the frying pan from the fire, to adapt the salt
and strew the cardoons with the grated cottage cheese. To cook
the skewers of roasted sheep still frozen (with
the "Rossa Grigliatutto" is needed about ten minutes)
to serve the whole hot.
Preparation
time is twenty minutes. Cooking time is about thirty-five minutes.
