To half-cook the cardoons with hot oil and garlic for few minute, then put them in a frying pan covering them with milk and cook, them uncovered for about thirty-five minutes; take the frying pan from the fire, to adapt the salt and strew the cardoons with the grated cottage cheese. To cook the skewers of roasted sheep still frozen (with the "Rossa Grigliatutto" is needed about ten minutes) to serve the whole hot.

Preparation time is twenty minutes. Cooking time is about thirty-five minutes.
